Extend Windows 10/11 VPN connection timeout to allow more time for Duo or a second factor

Change the following registry key, or use the attached registry file. This should extend the VPN connection timeout from 20 seconds to around 60.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\RasMan\PPP]
"MaxConfigure"=dword:0000001e

This setting can also be changed via group policy.
